Why should you use me?
Selecting the right ingredients for your wedding is a very personal, subjective choice.
If you decide to collaborate with me, my role is to make a piece of narrative art for you to enjoy for the rest of your life. It is essential that there is a degree of spontaneous creativity to shoot the magical moments and make every event look amazing.
Prior to your day, I’ll make sure that I fully understand your expectations and work together to ensure that my role integrates seamlessly. On the day, it’s all about you having the time of your life, and you can leave the images to me. I love what I do, and this is evident in my attention to detail and the care I take of you all will leave you delighted. All of your images will be presented to you on a dedicated, secure webpage that can be accessed by anyone you choose, anywhere.
How do I photograph weddings?
As a former English teacher, narration is my life: you want to see the day from as many perspectives as possible and not just your own. From the preparatory meetings before your wedding day, we will work together to organise the most suitable times to undertake shots: the best moments for the couple photos, family shots and the moments you may never be aware of ! What do I look for? This is endless list but there are certain non-negotiable which I want to capture: the feelings, the mood, the ambiance, the fun, the moments of tension and all the details that make your wedding unique. That's why I shoot in a non-traditional style which is not formulaic as I like to capture the life within the day, the passion and emotion.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum 8 weeks (usually within 2 weeks). I will ensure at least a few are available very quickly as my excitement will be as giddy as yours.
How many pictures will we receive?
For an 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 200 to 600 fully edited images and have access to more. I always choose quality rather than quantity and scrutiny every image during the editing process
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Salford based, minutes from Salford Quays and love to undertake shoots anywhere! If you want me to photograph outside of the city, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
