Pricing Plans

 Every wedding is so unique and the pricing below is merely an indicator of potential costings. Once we have discussed the exact nature of your day, I can then give you a fixed fee for my services. I have no hidden extras and all my previous clients have seen my services as being amazing value.

 

Selecting the right ingredients for your wedding is a very personal, subjective choice.​If you decide to collaborate with me, my role is to make a piece of narrative art for you to enjoy for the rest of your life. It is essential that there is a degree of spontaneous creativity to shoot the magical moments and make every event look amazing. Prior to your day, I’ll make sure that I fully understand your expectations and work together to ensure that my role integrates seamlessly.

Your photos are all edited to the extremely high standards you see in my portfolio and you’ll receive high resolution, print-ready digital files (with full printing & sharing rights)  for sharing in a secure cloud based platform.

 

This password-protected online gallery ensures that sharing your photos with family & friends is easy.​

 

SILVER PACKAGE Registry Office Wedding - from £500

I can cover a small registry office wedding, with just the basic pictures of the day, from just £500.

 

GOLD PACKAGE Ceremony Wedding Package -  £900

✓ Photos of arrivals. ✓ Photos of ceremony. ✓ Photos of bride and groom. ✓ Photos of family groups. ✓ All the important special candid shots taken ✓ Unlimited number of images taken on the day ✓ Images will be post edited and available as a digital download. ✓ All the images are copyright free. ✓ Images will be in colour and a selection in black and white​

 

PLATINUM PACKAGECeremony Reception Package - £1199

This includes all the same photography as the ceremony wedding package plus shots at the wedding reception - including: ✓  Speeches ✓  Cake cutting ✓  The first dance​

 

ETERNITY PACKAGEFull Day Package - £1500

Your full wedding story captured from getting ready until 9PM. The starting time is always flexible and agreed prior to your big day.This includes all the same photography as the ceremony wedding package but also includes:  ✓ Shots of bridal preparations ✓ All shots at the wedding reception including speeches, table photographs and cutting of the cake; photos of the first dance .....and later into the evening...

 

​Note: 10% Discount for low season weddings - (Nov-March) or for midweek weddings - (Monday - Thursday). ​

 

Certain venues have discounted packages where I am their designated photographer. Contact me for details.​

 

I am more than willing to travel to destinations but there may be travel expenses where it is more than 20 miles from my base. I have several weddings booked in a wide variety of destinations in the UK this year.

30 minutes or less, this mini session includes 5 digital headshot images for £60 Extra images £10

Our standard 90 min session includes a minimum 60 digital images for £150   CURRENT OFFER £100

A longer session up to 3 hours min session includes a minimum 100 digital images for £200 CURRENT OFFER £150

I work to a simple system and my prices are highly competitive due to my home studio, ability to offer in-house post shoot editing and no equipment hire which allow me to produce high-quality images at lower costs.

​

I don’t have a hard sell policy but would invite you to email / phone so I can tailor a quote for your needs.

I have special highly discounted services for companies / business / local performaning art groups that collaborate on a regular basis and we can discuss these via conversation.

Commercial Photography​

 

Choosing a photographer or videographer to work on a project for you can be a confusing time. I try and keep it simple and have created rates that work for many different business types, these are my rates for photography (and I can source videographers if required). I work with a range of companies who require such a diverse range of outcomes and it is essential that we hold detailed discussions regarding needs, practicalities and desired outcomes to ensure there is a pricing plan and outcomes which suit you.

Companies based in Salford, Manchester and Lancashire regularly use our services for drone videography / photography, product photography, construction site photography, staff photoshoots, workplace photography and marketing imaging.

​

Standard Fee               - £180 p/h

Half a day. (4 hours)    - £500       (saving £240)

Whole day (8 hours).  -  £900       (saving £540)

 

All rates include post production and access to all images via a secure platform to download.

 

Retention fee: £1200 per month (saving £600 per month)

It may be advantageous to secure 10 hours each month, based on a 6 month contract and make additional savings.

 

If you have multiple jobs over the course of an each month then a retainer may give additional benefit and reduce your overall costs. The advantage for you utilising a retainer is that the time doesn’t start until I am an hour into each journey and ends an hour before I get back to the office, resulting in a 2 hour saving on each commission. For collaborations within an hour's travel of M30, time starts when I arrive on site.  Hours reset every month and offers a reduced cost of £75 per hour for any time used over the 10 hours. Post production for photography is included. I have undertaken commercial work across the UK and southern Spain (Marbella and Puerto Banús).

Travel is always charged at fuel used / transport costs rather than per mile

​Casting and Modelling

​

​Every Body Perfect are completely transparent with our pricing plan; there is no hard sell nor hidden surprise to shock you at the end of the process.. There is just one model portfolio photoshoot option available at Abbey Grove Studios / or on location at a cost of just £150.00. For this we will undertake the photoshoot with clothing changes and the company will edit all images and supply them through a secure cloud based platform for you to download them. This includes a copyright free access to the digital downloads of every edited image we take during your 90 minute photo shoot. If time is available, the photoshoots often run longer than this as I get so absorbed in the process.

( There are usually around 100+ professional studio photography images within your portfolio). ​​​
